As an active member of the USGBC, AIA, BCxA, ASHRAE, IEEE and IALD, SEQUIL represents the latest approach, technique, experience and philosophy in the application of sustainable building technologies. SEQUIL engineers have provided landmark design strategies for award-winning projects in virtually all markets, and are experienced and qualified to guide the LEED + Commissioning process from schematic design through operations and maintenance.

SEQUIL was founded in 2001 in Boca Raton, Florida. Today SEQUIL offers dedicated LEED + Commissioning services - as a primary focus, not as a supplemental service offering. Our business model is unique to the engineering community, as SEQUIL's assigned project/program managers are Accredited Professionals of the LEED program and are highly-skilled engineers with a minimum of 15 years experience. Our principals, program managers and engineers stay involved at the highest level through the duration of the project.
